Dear Bar Candidate,

I am very happy to see that you are signing up for one of my bar exam tutors. I look forward to receiving your Personal History and Application. I will call you as soon as I can thereafter. Rest assured, all the information you give me will be kept strictly confidential.

We all learn using different modalities and have different strengths and weaknesses. I will be able to place you with a bar exam tutor that is absolutely in tune with you.

You must complete the Personal History and Application in its entirety with payment before I will be able to call and assign you a bar exam tutor.

Refund Policy

Purchase of Individual Hours:

Initial 2 hour purchase is non-refundable. After initial two hours are used, a refund may be granted for hours not used.

Purchase of 10 Hour Package Deal:

If you purchase a 10 hour package and do not use all 10 hours, you may receive a refund for the hours not used. A refund of unused hours will cancel out the discount provided in the 10 hour package. For example, if you purchase a 10 hour package at the bar tutor level you receive the tutoring for $150 per hour as opposed to the $175 per hour at the individual rate. If you only use 4 of the 10 hours, you will pay for those 4 hours at the full individual rate and be refunded the rest of your money.
